This is a gentle, refreshing and soothing tea, offering a mint base, balanced comfortably with chamomile & zesty ginger.

Metha x piperita (peppermint), Melissa officinalis (lemon balm), Matricaria recutita (chamomile), Illicium verum (star anise), Foeniculum vulgare (fennel seed), Zingiber officinale (ginger).
Brewing
Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75ºc–85ºc and allow to infuse for 3–5+ minutes.
Store in cool place.
