Naturopath Initial Consult 60-minute | $180
The initial consultation is a thorough session where we explore your health history, current concerns, and lifestyle to uncover root causes, followed by a personalised treatment plan with dietary, lifestyle, and testing recommendations delivered within 24-48 hours.
Naturopath Herbal Formula & Supplement Review Consult 20-minute | $30.00
If you're unsure about your supplements and don’t need a full consultation, Cara will assess your current regimen and goals to optimise dosages, ensure bioavailability, prevent interactions, and streamline your prescriptions.
Naturopath Functional Test 20-minute test referral | $20.00
If functional testing is required, I will refer you to a laboratory for tests like hair, stool, microbiome, or hormone analysis, discuss associated costs upfront, and review the results with you in a follow-up consultation after the sample is processed.
Naturopath Acute Consult 30-minute | $50
Acute consultations are short sessions for new or existing clients addressing immediate issues like colds, minor injuries, hay fever, or UTIs, without a written treatment plan; for comprehensive care, book an initial consultation.
Naturopath Follow-Up Consult 45-minute | $120
This follow-up consultation, typically 2-4 weeks after the initial session, focuses on reviewing test results, refining your treatment plan, and addressing any questions or challenges in implementing it.

I offer online consultations on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. For availability, please click the “Book Now” button below. If you require a consultation outside of these days, please contact me so that I can help to accommodate your needs.

Online consultations make naturopathy appointments accessible regardless of geographical location, the only requirement is that you have a stable internet connection.
When you make a booking, you will have to fill out a New Patient Intake Form and pay for your consultation. We will conduct the online consultation using HealthBank conferencing software, which can be accessed on your computer or smartphone.
At the scheduled appointment time, simply login to your Health Bank account and join the consultation.
If you would prefer to have a phone consultation, that is absolutely fine. Please let me know, and I can arrange this for you.
At the end of the consultation, I will explain your treatment plan, including the steps you need to take in the following weeks.
The complete treatment plan will be typed and emailed to you within 24-48 hours. It will include your herb and supplement medicine prescriptions, recommended dosages, dietary guidelines, lifestyle suggestions, and referrals for any necessary testing.
Each treatment plan is customised to suit your needs and help you successfully achieve your goals.

I utilise an online prescription service called Vital.ly, which grants us access to a wide range of prescription-only products, including herbs, nutritional supplements, and medicinal foods. Having such variety allows me to tailor the treatment specifically to you, rather than being limited to the stock on my shelf.
After the consultation, you will receive an email from Vital.ly with a link that takes you to your personal account.
In your personal account, you will find your prescription, which details the products I have prescribed and their cost. You can review and purchase the prescribed products at your convenience.
Vital.ly delivers your order within a few business days, depending on your chosen shipping option.

In some cases, I may write a referral letter for you to take to your GP, who can then order tests for you under Medicare (bulk billed). I can also refer you for pathology testing, however, it will not be covered by Medicare.
I can also refer you for functional testing, such as hair testing, stool testing, microbiome mapping and/or hormone testing if required. Please note that these tests involve out-of-pocket expenses which are usually not rebatable, and I will discuss these costs with you before ordering.
If functional testing is required, I will refer you to the laboratory. They will send you a testing kit with detailed instructions to collect the sample at home and return it to the pathology company. You will directly pay the laboratory when sending back the sample, and the results will be sent to me for evaluation during our next consultation.

Herbal tinctures are personalised blends of liquid herbs that I create specifically for you, based on your condition and treatment goals.
If herbal tinctures are required as part of your treatment, we will discuss them during the consultation.
If you would like to go ahead with the liquid herbs you will need to purchase this from the Apothecary: Tailored Herbal Formulas or creams depending on what size you would like to start with, when you need a repeat you can just repurchase and your tailored formula will be made and posted directly to you.
